For all the Christ Following, God Fearing people in our country, this is the time that we can really rise up in our faith, get down on our knees in our war room, sing praise to our Father God from the mountain tops and trust that God will move his hand.
There is an enormous battle going on in the spiritual realm. A battle for this country, a battle for the people of God and a battle for justice and peace to return to our land.
We may feel helpless as individuals, not knowing or seeing what is really going on, but we can make a mighty difference in the spiritual realm. We can pray for God’s hand to move and we can witness a radical change.
The scriptures encourage us to do just this;
1 Timothy 2:1-3 The Message (MSG)
2 1-3 The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know. Pray especially for rulers and their governments to rule well so we can be quietly about our business of living simply, in humble contemplation. This is the way our Savior God wants us to live.
Ephesians 1:21-23 The Message (MSG)
20-23 All this energy issues from Christ: God raised him from death and set him on a throne in deep heaven, in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from his rule. And not just for the time being, but forever. He is in charge of it all, has the final word on everything. At the center of all this, Christ rules the church. The church, you see, is not peripheral to the world; the world is peripheral to the church. The church is Christ’s body, in which he speaks and acts, by which he fills everything with his presence.
There is hope for us in Christ Jesus. This is what the Lord told me today in my quiet time; “I hear the prayers of the people of this land. My hand is getting stronger and shall soon move in great power. Keep prayer, trusting and believing. I am a God of great miracles and wonders. Now is the time wait in anticipation to see these great miracles. Miracles that change lives and influence countries. Keep praying for those miracles to come down. Keep praying for my presence so come down. Keep praying for my spirit to rain down. Pray without ceasing.”
For those in the Cape Town, I encourage you to come together in unity and harmony as we all hold hands along the Main Road, all the way from Central Town to Simons Town.
Let’s stand together
Let’s pray together
And lets watch and see God’s mighty hand move.
Here is some great material on the ‘The Existence of the Natural and Supernatural’
As you read it, be encouraged by the power that we have in Christ, the creator and ruler of the whole universe.
‘The Natural and the Supernatural’
There is far more going on in this world than what we can perceive with our five senses. The natural world was formed by a supernatural God. It is through our faith in God that we begin to experience these spiritual things that are outside our five senses.
Hebrews 11:3 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
3 Faith helps us understand that God created the whole world by his command. This means that the things we see were made by something that cannot be seen.
The Evidence of the Supernatural
Miracles and unexplained phenomenon are our evidence of the supernatural. The creation of this world was a miracle that cannot be explained by natural phenomenon. The Bible helps us to understand the natural and supernatural. Man-made doctrines cannot explain this away.
2 Corinthians 4:18 New Living Translation (NLT)
18 So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.
Miracles – The Supernatural In The Natural World
The natural and the supernatural both exist in our lives. We cannot deny it. God is supernatural. The Bible provides all the answers that we need concerning miracles and supernatural phenomenon. God performs miracles in our lives so that we can see His glory and so that our faith can be bolstered.
Acts 4:16 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
16 They said, “What shall we do with these men? Everyone in Jerusalem knows about the miracle they did as a sign from God. It’s too obvious. We can’t say it didn’t happen.
Angels Explained
Angels are spirits that care for and look after us. They are supernatural beings that God created for His purpose. The Bible explains their history, their purpose, and their nature. A human does not become an angel, nor are angels human.
Hebrews 1:14 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
14 All the angels are spirits who serve God and are sent to help those who will receive salvation.
Biblical Creation Explains the Order of Natural And Supernatural Things.
The Bible tells us that God created the universe for His own purpose. Another way to say this is that God, a supernatural being, created the natural world for His own purpose. It is easy to get caught up in cares of the natural world, but spiritual things are of greater significance and provide real meaning in our lives.
Revelation 4:11 New Living Translation (NLT)
11 “You are worthy, O Lord our God,
to receive glory and honor and power.
For you created all things,
and they exist because you created what you pleased.”
