‘Life, Love and Miracles’ are a beautiful trio that I would use when describing my spiritual journey. Because … Real Life is often more bizarre or more beautiful or more broken than any well-written novel could ever be. Love is the all-powerful emotion that heals hearts, restores hope and harbors happiness.  God is the very origin of Love.  The personification of Love.  God is Love. Miracles are happening all around us, every day.  People pray and people see God move.  People are continually being blown away by Gods goodness. about Because … I want you to be blown away too!  I want you to discover your purpose and passion for life.  I want you to be surprised by Gods love.  And I want you to be amazed by the myriad of modern day miracles that are happening all around you. Because … This is what makes me come alive.  This is what makes me want to explode with passion and purpose.  Sharing the realness yet greatness of God.  Exploring the casual yet intimate depths of Gods Love. Being real. Sharing Gods Love Growing in Faith These three statements are the foundation, the support and the very reason for this ongoing conversation. These are the three pillars that will uphold this blog.

Prayer requests and questions

Psalm 28:7

 The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.
My heart leaps for joy,
and with my song I praise him.

Here we have created a safe place, where you can write to us and tell us about your struggles, your hurts, your problems or even your praises.  I would love to have the opportunity to pray with you and for you.  I know God hears us all the same, but I would like to call out to God on your behalf and hear what He has to say, especially for you.  And then I will respond, either personally or in this space depending on what you would prefer, with the words or pictures of encouragement that God has given.  This will also be a wonderful opportunity for you to pray your own prayer and listen to what the Lord is saying to you.  And then when you get my response, I trust that it will really be a confirmation of what God has already spoken into your heart.

This is not something weird or super-spiritual  and I am by no means professing to be a prophet.  But I do know God and Love God and I do hear him speak into my life and the lives of others too.  I also know that the Lord wants us to call out to Him in prayer so that He can come close to us and show us His love and compassion.

Psalm 4:1

O God, you have declared me perfect in your eyes; you have always cared for me in my distress; now hear me as I call again. Have mercy on me. Hear my prayer.

Let us trust together that the Lord will hear our prayers and because of his great love and mercy, he will cover you with compassion and pour out words of faith and encouragement to soothe the heart.  And when joy and victory comes, we can all praise Him together.  Yes, we would all love to hear your praises too, so that we can all be strengthened in our faith.

PS:  You are welcome to keep you prayer requests anonymous or you may include your name.

My great desire is that this blog is accessible to everyone, no matter where you are on your faith journey -  even if you are not yet on your faith journey.

It’s about giving you a glimpse of God and His incredible and unfailing love.  It’s about showing you more of him until eventually you start to ‘know’ him.

Because to know God, is to Love God.

Real love is ‘Knowing’.  As the knowing grows so the love expands to contain it.

PRAYER REQUESTS & QUESTIONS

We all have issues that we face;  some seem large and insurmountable, some leave us broken and grieving and some turn up the pressure to the point that we feel  that we are going to explode.  But  there is always hope, always light and always love …. And joy comes in the morning. Read more

PRAISE & WORSHIP

Worship is certainly one of my true passions.  And although there are many different expressions of worship, my favorite by far is music.  Being a drummer myself and having been strongly influenced by Christian Rock, I always enjoy the roundy ‘Praises’ but it is in the quiet ‘Worship’ where we truly come ‘heart to heart’ with God.
